SWEDISH or HOLISTIC MASSAGE

Both are relaxing massages. Swedish massage is somewhat firmer and more invigorating, working the muscular system with somewhat more pressure but not quite to the same depth as deep tissue. Holistic massage is softer, slower and more soothing.

SHIATSU
