Lacto-free

The
price of breakfast is included as part of
the room rate. A wheat-free bread such as
rye, spelt or soda is always available. Lacto-free
milk is always available, as are sugar substitutes such as xylitol or stevia.
Manuka honey is available, as are St Dalfour jams - made without added sugar.
Fresh
mint tea from the garden is offered during
the growing season. Growing (mostly in pots)
in the garden are Peppermint, Garden Mint,
Moroccan, Tashkent, Ginger Mint and Lemon
Balm which is a relaxing tea. Ginger Mint
with fresh raw ginger is a delicious and
very healthy tea for breakfast.
The
breakfast menu can be adapted within reason
to suit our clients requirements. We are
now also serving a limited dinner menu. This
is not only for guests who may have arrived
late, tired and hungry, and in need a quick
bite to eat but also for hotel guests, their
friends and those who make advanced bookings.
